That's an insane amount of HP from a single trinket! The only downfall of Maggie's faith is the fact that the HP comes in the form of an eternal heart and some less advanced players may not be able to protect the heart long enough.
Maggy's faith is a unique trinket in the fact that if picked up on the first floor, it will give you 6 red heart health ups by the end of the run.

Since some of these items seem to show up regularly in runs, it's seemingly easy to get a decent damage upgrade from these items. Black feather gives a stacking +.2 damage upgrade for any of these items: While many trinkets can fall under the honorable mentions since they are so circumstantial, I feel that the most honorable is a trinket that gives everybody's favorite stat: damage.
